Civilian Operations

1.1 - Introduction & Our Mission Statement

This is the standard operating procedure for the civilian operations department. This department is dedicated to providing high-quality and passive RP to all of our members. We offer multiple civilian Subdivisions to join. As a Civilian, you can choose your way of living within your characters, meaning no civilians are normally the same. The Civilian operations department offers the most freedom allowing for a huge diversity of different roleplay and scenarios that have never been done before. We provide the most realistic roleplay out there and bring that to our law enforcement, communications, and fire personnel. Many resources have been implemented into our main server for the experience to be more realistic.

1.2 - Chain Of Command

The Chain Of Command is the ranking structure that all of our departments have in order to separate everyone’s responsibilities upon their specific rank. Our Chain Of Command Starts at “City Staff In-Training” and goes up to the “Governor”.  There is never an exception to this ranking structure and no ranks should ever be disregarded or skipped when reporting to and asking COC questions.
