  • Diverse Roleplay Frequently Asked Questions

    • What are the requirements to join the Diverse RP?

      • The joining requirements paperwork can be found by clicking here. Remember, unless the Diverse Roleplay Head Administration says otherwise, there are no exceptions to any of these rules.
    • How do I apply for Diverse RP?

      • Create an account and go to the "Apply" tab.  You may fill out your application from there. Please allow up to 3 days for your application to be reviewed. Make sure you are in the fan server (located here) so you can continue your recruitment process.

    • Is it possible to get around the age restriction? Is it possible to apply before I turn 16?

      • The answer is no. The age restriction is in place for a purpose and will remain so indefinitely. If we allow someone under the age of 16 to enter the community and begin patrolling, it may become a problem if that person violates our R&R and other policies.

    • What is the IP address of the server?

      • Until an applicant has applied, been interviewed, and passed their training, server IPs are kept confidential.

    • Is it possible for me to apply for two departments?

      • Yes and no. Once you join the community you are allowed to be a civilian reserve until you complete your main department training. Members can only be enlisted in one LEO department at a time, whether it's their reserve or primary. For example, you cannot be a reserve in San Andreas State Patrol if your primary department is Blaine County Sheriff's Office.

    • How do I play on console? (Ex: PS4, Xbox, Etc.)

      • You can't. The FiveM framework, which is a PC-only program, is used by our gaming server. You can apply for the Communications department if you don't have a gaming machine or a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V. Note that you must have a computer with internet access and a good, working microphone in addition to meeting all other requirements.

    • Can I join the server and start patrolling once my application is approved?

      • No. All applicants whose applications have been accepted will be required to conduct an interview. Following that, a recruitment personnel will determine whether the candidate is worthy of being enrolled as a recruit inside the community. Prior to patrolling, recruits will need to be trained.

    • When and how can I reapply if my application was denied?

      • All applicants who are denied will be offered another chance to apply during future recruitment cycles. Every month on the first, these cycles begin again. Please keep in mind that you can only apply once each month.

    • I'm a member of another GTA V Roleplay Community; am I still permitted to join Diverse RP?

      • Yes. However, if you are a member of another roleplaying community that is whitelisted, and you are on any form of roster. Upon joining the community, you will be requested to fill out the Diverse RP Dual-Clanning form. Before submitting the dual-clanning form, make sure your community isn't on any blacklists.
